I did a group relaxation session with Kara, together with another friend as we felt it would be something that would be beneficial to the both of us. She talked to us both prior to the session about anything we wanted to focus on or anything we would like to incorporate into the session. The session was an hour long. I achieved a level of relaxation that I have honestly never before reached. Both body and mind felt completely at ease and she skillfully weaved in the different focus points we had mentioned in our chats. I have already bought a relaxation session for my aunt and have recommended it to family and friends. I will definitely be repeating. Thank you so much!!!

I am a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist. I help people improve their mental wellbeing and overcome limiting beliefs so they can live more fulfilling lives.

Hypnotherapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) can be beneficial for a wide range of mental wellbeing issues, including:
